Jack W. Moshier, 66 of 23 S. Main Street died on Saturday October 18, 2003 at Jones Memorial Hospital in Wellsville. He was born May 2, 1937 in Scio, N.Y. the son of Avery N. and Eugenia Mae (Clark) Mosher. Jack was raised in Bolivar, was a long time resident of Port Allegany, PA. and has been a resident of Wellsville for the past 10 years. He had been employed as a cook at Manning’s Diner in Port Allegany for 15 years and was a bartender at the Butler Hotel, the Moose Lodge, The Two Mile Inn and the American Legion all in Port Allegany.

He is survived by 2 brothers; Lloyd N. Mosher of Eldred, PA. and Robert L. Mosher of Bradford, PA. as well as several nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by 2 brothers; Avery Mosher Jr. and Richard Mosher, and one sister; Eleanor Ayers.

Friends are invited to call on Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. at the J. W. Embser Sons Funeral Home Inc. in Wellsville. The funeral will be Tuesday October 21, 2003 at 11:00 AM. in the funeral home, interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Wellsville, and memorial suggestions include the Wellsville Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
