MARVIN R. LIMBURG, 95 of 13 Schuyler St. Apt. 205 passed away at the Manor Care Center on Monday, March 8, 2004.  He was born December 17, 1908 in Buffalo the son of Andrew and Magdeline (Martin) Limburg.  In 1932 in Buffalo he married Geraldine Smith who predeceased him on April 4, 1997. 

Marvin was a 1924 graduate of McKinley High School.  He was employed by Dupont Corp. of Buffalo, then Bell Aircraft Corp. in Niagara Falls for 30 years, retiring in 1971 as General Foreman for the tool and die shop.  He moved to Angelica in 1970 where he served as the town of Angelica Assessor for 8 years.  He was a former member of the Sacred Heart Church in Angelica and a member of St. Mary’s Church in Belmont.  He had also been a member of the Angelica Lions Club for 15 years. 

He is survived by 1 son: Lawrence (Maureen) Limburg of Baldwinsville, 1 daughter: Gloria (Robert) Kent of Black Mountain, NC, 1 daughter-in-law: Shirley (Limburg) Rasmussen of Camp Hill, PA 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. 

In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by 1 son: Gerald Limburg, and 6 brothers and sisters. 

There will be no prior visitation, and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church in Belmont on Friday, March 12, 2004 at 11:30am with Rev. Dennis Mancuso as celebrant.  Burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery in Newfane, NY. and memorials may be made to St. Mary’s Church in Belmont. Arrangements are under the direction of J.W.
