Robert A. Fullam, 46 of 3442 Baldwin Road, died peacefully surrounded by his family at 2:26 pm Tuesday August 5, 2003 at the Wellsville Highland Healthcare Center.  He was born on February 26, 1957 in Wellsville, the son of Rex and H. Irene (Ennis) Fullam Jr.  He will be sadly missed by his very special friend Elaine Baldwin of Wellsville.

Robert was raised in Wellsville, was a 1975 graduate of Wellsville High School and while serving with the U. S. Army he attended the Computer Learning Center in Springfield,  VA.   From 1982 to 1989 he was employed as an area Manager for Southern Tier Pizza Hut.  In 1990 he opened and operated Papa’s Restaurant in Wellsville.  His career with Norstar Bank in Wellsville began in 1990 and continued with Building Technology Engineers Inc. of Boston, MA. who provided the Building maintenance for Fleet Bank.  During this time he earned a certificate in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning from Monroe Community Collage.  Finally, in 2000 he was employed by Building Controls & Services Inc. of Tonawanda, N.Y. until he was disabled by A.L.S.

Surviving in addition to his parents and his special friend are 2 daughters; Amanda Fullam of Wellsville and Jeanne Fullam of Jamestown, 6 sons; Patrick and Timothy Fullam of Jamestown, Bradley Keefer of NJ, Brian (Jennie) Keefer of KS, and Lionel and Julian Baldwin of Wellsville.  Also 4 brothers; Rex (Donna) Fullam III of Stony Brook, Roger (Misako) Fullam of Spain, Randy (Wendy) Fullam of Dayton, OH, and Robin (Madelene) Fullam of Harrisville, 2 sisters; Roxanne (Henry) Jedraszczak of Altamonte Springs, FL, Rena (Greg) Coryell of Orlando, FL and several nieces and nephews.  Robert was predeceased by a nephew, Michael Fullam in 1976.

Friends are invited to call on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the J.W. Embser Sons Funeral Home in Wellsville.  The funeral will be on Saturday August 9, 2003 at 2:00 pm at the funeral home with Rev. Eugene Miller presiding.  Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Wellsville.  Memorials can be sent to the A.L.S. Association of Upstate New York at Po Box 127, Elbridge, NY 13060.
